Se denegó la nulidad solicitada respecto de la Sentencia C-155/98, proferida por la Sala Plena de esta Corporación Judicial debido a que la Corte no encontró que se haya producido una irregularidad en el trámite surtido para proferir la mencionada sentencia, aparte de que la oportunidad procesal para alegar dicho tipo de irregularidades venció al proferirse el fallo.
Y de otro lado, no encuentra que en la sentencia misma se haya incurrido en violación a las normas que regulan el quórum y las mayorías para decidir, ni el principio de la cosa juzgada constitucional, por lo cual también por este concepto debe despachar como improcedente la solicitud de nulidad formulada.
